I paid for the software and now my preset "saved sliders" have gone |
| A | The "saved sliders" are actually files stored in a shared folder. If you install the full software, and later remove the free trial, this will delete the saved sliders that were installed with the trial. Also if you login with a different user account this could cause the problem. Either way, just install the full software again and the sliders will come back. |
