4. Using Portrait Professional

Q4.1 Portrait Professional is running slowly on my PC - is there anything I can do?

Q6.1 When I try to open a picture, or change to a different directory to load a picture, I get an error message "Debugger detected - please close it down and restart". This only happens when I am using Portrait Professional. How do I fix this?

Q6.2 I have Windows Vista, and I am getting an error "Portrait Professional application has stopped working".

Q6.3 I save my work from Portrait Professional, but I can't load it into any other program

Q6.4 When I click on the start button to open a picture I see an error message, or Portrait Professional shuts down.

Q6.5 When I see the enhanced picture there are no control sliders

Q7.1 I've bought Portrait Professional and now I want to use it on another computer. How do I do that?

Q7.2 Does your software use a server?

Q7.3 Do you get to see my picture on your server?

Q7.4 Can I have a server-less version? I will pay anything for it!

Q7.5 What happens if the server goes down?

Q7.6 Portrait Professional gets stuck on last screen for moving points, no points can be moved, the previous step link does not work. The window can be resized, and choose different picture link works, but nothing else.
