A couple
        Another before and after...
In photoshop elements 9 I reduced some wrinkles by sampling nearby area's and painting over them, and larger wrinkled area's with a feathered selection, and filled to about 40% which reduced them significantly (not removed completely).  I used the distort>liquify>pucker tool around the male neck area to reduce it.  Then, run the image through portrait pro as a plugin, to do what it does best, and I added a bit of skin tone enhancement when it returned to PSE9, and the sparkle on the ladies jewellery.

This was one screwed up shot, well over exposed as I had used the camera (Nikon D90) at +1  ev previously without changing it, but thanks to a duplicate RAW file I was able to adjust it after the event.

As good as PP10 is, I think a bit of preparation is a good thing, and it will be easier to adjust and tweak images, with more pleasing and more controlled results if you do.
