Do you mean you're in an internet cafe/library or something similar ?
If so, detail the version you've paid for and no doubt Anthropics will post a link to a download.

The best thing to do is open a support ticket by going to the support option on PortraitProfessional.com. They will be able to help you.

I had the same problem. Eventually the licenses page showed the wonderful "download archive" button and I downloaded it and installed it manually.

You can download the latest installers for Portrait Professional by going to http://pprof.com/licenses and entering your activation token.

We would recommend against using Portrait Professional on Public Machines for a variety of reasons.
