Good work, but I don't think the lighting is very flattering for the model...

Nice improvement....Mabe lighten the area under the eyes in a photo edit program prior to PP....also lip skin has too much detail...makes them look dry and cracked...maybe a little smoothing on the lips would help....anyway....still a nice improvement.
