I certainly didn't make the mistake of purchasing Portrait Professional 10 Studio 64-bit Edition - I invested money in a product that works flawlessly for me. I have told more than a couple of my peers (professional photographers) about this amazing software, and they've purchased, downloaded, installed and use this software without a single issue.

Interesting - the OP certainly doesn't sound very professional. You sound like a wanna-be model who DEMANDS all the photos on a CD from a shoot RIGHT AFTER the shoot is over - and then screams about how they're not all perfectly suited for magazine publication. Please let us know who your attorney is - I'd love to give him a call, so we can share a really good laugh about how your case will be laughed out of court. I'm certain that there are enough satisfied clients running this software without issues...who would happily give the court a testimonial. You'll simply be wasting your time (and money) in the pursuit of frustration.
