Computers and computer software can sometimes make a person want to toss the computer out the window but we all know that won't solve the problem.
I'm not sure of the upgrade process from V9 to V10 so I'm guessing here. This is what I would do. Check for updates for your operating system. Check for updates for your video card. Uninstall PP V9. Run a program called CCleaner ( Windows program ) to get rid of any stray registry entries ( link below ) Just remember if your installing CCleaner to uncheck any toolbars etc but if you like extra stuff added by all means leave it checked. http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner Restart your computer and install a fresh copy of PP V10. If that doesn't work then contact support. |
