In my case I tell all of my photographer and snapshooter friends to BUY THIS SOFTWARE. Considering the price it is probably the best investment in software I have ever made. It saves me hours of work with PS and results in more sellable images. Just curious...you upgraded to PP10, which means you had PP9 and obviously liked it enough to upgrade. Yes? I know how frustrating software issues can be (I've been writing code for nearly 40 years), but please take a deep breath and let the support team do their job. They will resolve it for you. |
