I see that Version 10 is available for download as a trial version, but I can't upgrade to that version. What gives?? When will we be able to upgrade to version 10?

I bought a copy 8th of january, so what is the procedure for the promised v10 upgrade?
I've received no token to activate the program for version 10? |

Hi Everyone,
Yes, we fully released version 10 on our site yesterday. We will be emailing every user over the next few days letting them know how to get their free upgrade if applicable or else how to get a paid upgrade if they want. As for a changelog, here is a link to a list of new features in Portrait Professional v10. Tony |

Hello everyone!
I received the email to upgrade to the latest version 10, however it won't let me download the software. Keeps giving me error message: "Unable to download. Unable to open up this internet site" Is anyone else getting this same message? Any information on this would be great! I'm so looking forward to upgrading

Got my upgrade this morning (in mail yesterday). Installed with no problems. Haven't worked through the LR3 plug in yet, but will work on that.....
