My PP won't work! PLEASE HELP!

I have a Mac and I just purchased PP. Every time I click "open image" and choose an image, the application quits unexpectedly. I've tried this up to 20 times and I cannot get it to work. I need help to figure this out. Thank you.

Are you using Parallels or some other PC emulation ? You must be specific with your error details for any of us to be of help to you !
