Unable to install PP on my mac - please help

Hi,

I bought PP two weeks ago. Unable to install it on my mac (it says the installation failed, an unknown error occurred), I opened 2 support tickets since then and hasn't head anything from you guys. (the site says you give feedback within 48hours, too, it's been two weeks!).

Could you please get back to me so I can finally use this product.
If I can't use it I might as well ask for a refund which would be a shame.

I'm not a MAC user so I can not assist you directly, but if you can give more details about your system, the OS that you are using and more information about the errors that you are having, I am sure that someone that is knowledgeable about MAC's will be able to assist.

Have you check the support ticket online? My experience with their helpdesk (support ticket) had always been very positive, ie, fast.

Unfortunately I am also a PC user and can't help you.

Problem finally solved, I don't know what the problem was exactly but they sent me a new link to download again. All is good.
