Before and after view

Just recently when I open the before and after view to make changes, the "before" window takes up about 2/3rds of the screen so I can not see the complete "after" picture unless I zoom around. I have tried to see if there was a way to resize the pictures so they are equal size, but I cannot seem to find anyway to do that.

I know I must be doing something wrong since it was not this way when I installed the program. What do I need to do?

Unless I misunderstand your question you just need to click Fit on the zoom bar at the top right, or you can click face to zoom in (Or drag anywhere in between)
