Pixelated from the start

I just bought Portrait Professional last night. When I used the trial version everything worked perfectly. After I loaded the full version, when I open pictures they are very pixelated and it doesn't get any better. I take them on my Canon T2i on the highest quality so I'm stumped on what I could be doing wrong. Has anybody else had this problem or have a solution?

Perhaps you open a ticket with support. Maybe a reinstall could help.
