If you have the original download backed up, just reinstall it and send a support email (using the email address you used when you first activated it) and ask for your Token again.  If you don't have the original download backed up here's a link for v10.2 for Mac & Windows (English version)

Rather than using the link above it is better to use the license manager page http://pprof.com/licenses because this will give you the correct links for the software that you can install.
