Fine-tune via shift key

Hello,

in the world of audio-processing it's quite common to use (additionally to the mouse) the "Shift" key when 'normal' mouse-movements are NOT fine and precise enough.
When the shift-key is pressed the mouse moves less pixels, giving you more precision.

Would be a nice enhancement.
