PP10 & Intuos Tablets do not function -
Hello -

I had opened a ticket back on February 18 (48718) regarding Program and Mouse Issues - later to find out that the new V10 of PP does not function with a tablet (Intuous Graphire or Bamboo Tablet). The issue was being pursued and a fix was soon to be released, I was told.

The next thing I know the ticket was closed with no resolution.

Why?
Benefit of a doubt here - a mistake?

V8 & V9 had none of the issues and I applauded the program and support. But since I upgraded to v10 - not so much. I have opened another ticket because my last one was closed.

Any assistance?

Hi George,

The ticket was closed as the fix is being tested and a release should be out soon - not because we intended to leave you without a solution, sorry for any confusion regarding this. I have replied to your ticket today.
