dual processor

I have a dual processor, when i install the other processor my portrait pro does not work can anyone help?????

In order to assist you, the forum members will need some additional information:
1. What operating system are you running?
2. What type processor(s) are you using?
3. If not using Apple box, if possible need the manufacturer of the mobo and type.
4. What size memory is in the system.
