Hair tools for eye make-up - glennbalsam - 09-01-2014
Just thought I'd share this with you. I have in the past used the hair tools to outline the eyes instead of the hair to get a smokey eye make-up effect.

Very clever idea! So do you set the "hair" color as the "makeup" color you want for the eyes?
