2 faces...only 1 recognized??? - MrNoble17 - 02-14-2014

I open a file I want to fix of a man and woman and only the man face can be enhanced.
Both are looking directly into the camera with a portrait background so I don't understand why the woman face is not recognized.
I have fixed other couples with no problem. I hope there is a way to fix this?

Hi MrNoble17

If a face is not found automatically, work on the other face first and then click 'Other Faces' at the top of the screen. You will now have an option for 'New Face' on the right hand side. Use this to mark up the unseen face manually.
